# MECHANISM of TAD

## How TAD Works?

The TAD AI trading bot is a complex system that utilizes a combination of machine learning algorithms and advanced data analysis techniques to generate profitable trading strategies. The bot operates on a decentralized platform and can be accessed by traders who hold the TAD governance token.

### The core functionality of the TAD AI trading bot is based on two main components: signal generation and order execution. The signal generation component is responsible for analyzing large amounts of historical and real-time data from various sources, such as exchange order books, social media sentiment analysis, news articles, and technical analysis indicators. This component uses machine learning algorithms, such as neural networks and decision trees, to identify patterns and trends in the data that may indicate profitable trading opportunities.

## Component

**The order execution component is responsible for taking the signals generated by the signal generation component and executing trades on behalf of the trader. This component is integrated with various decentralized exchanges, which allows the bot to automatically execute trades based on the signals generated by the machine learning algorithms.**
